Shipping in Australia is via Australia post regular mail and delivery can be expected between 2-3 working days.
If for some reason you find your purchase defective or unsatisfactory, netLearn will gladly grant a refund on any web-based purchase from the netLearn site. Purchases from bookrooms and other resellers will have to be negotiated directly at the point of sale.
